Well, Google is closing Google Notebook, but they are starting a similar service where Google users can create their websites on Google - please check sites.google.com for details.

The import is on the way! I talked with Evernote about it last night. They are burning the midnight oil to get it done. That's why we decided to tie our Project Management application into Evernote!

You missed one, Google is basically dropping Jaiku as well.
